Some data will be collected automatically by Our Site [(for further details, please see section 12 on Our use of Cookies [and Our Cookie Policy <<Insert Link>>])], the only other data collected via our site, is that which you may choose to voluntarily submit  when completing the iAchieve Enrolment Form.  The Enrolment Form requests your voluntary submission of, amongst other things, your name, address, child’s name, emergency contact details, your child’s relevant medical needs etc.

Your data is not stored on our website. It is sent, securely, password protected to the Learning Academies Administration Team. Only authorised personnel can access your Enrolment Form data. All personal data is stored securely in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 and in accordance with our Data Protection Policy.

We use your data to provide the best possible services to you. This includes: setting up your child’s iAchieve registration, personalising your child’s tuition, supplying our services to you, responding to and instigating communications between You and Us.

By providing your contact details you give us permission to use your data for marketing purposes which may include contacting you by email and or text message and or post with information, news and offers on Our services. We will not, however, send you any unsolicited marketing or spam and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that We fully protect your rights and comply with Our obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, as amended in 2004, 2011 and 2015.

Do We Share Your Data?

We may share your data with other companies in Our group if and when any subsidiaries and or holiday companies come into effect.
